Filipino 'dwarf' judge loses case
A Philippines judge who said he consulted imaginary mystic dwarves has failed to convince the Supreme Court to allow him to keep his job. Florentino Floro was appealing against a three-year inquiry which led to his removal due to incompetence and bias.
He told investigators three mystic dwarves - Armand, Luis and Angel - had helped him to carry out healing sessions during breaks in his chambers. The court said psychic phenomena had no place in the judiciary. The bench backed a medical finding that the judge was suffering from psychosis.
"From obscurity, my name and the three mystic dwarves became immortal -
Florentino Floro"

Ephesians Chapter 5
8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light,
9 for light produces every kind of goodness and righteousness and truth.
Judge Floro (on top of Tommy, a bay Argentina race horse at El Kabayo Equestrian Fields, SBMA, Subic, Olongapo City, Zambales, March 15, 2001) wore all-black clothes Fridays since 1992 to mourn the dire illnesses, pains, accidents, horrible deaths of his enemies and persecutors, detractors.
The El Kabayo Equestrian Center in the Binictican area of SBF offers a wide range of horse related activities.waterfalls horseback ride subic The center uses horses imported from the U.S., Argentina, and Australia. The breeds include thoroughbreds, saddlebreds, quarter horses and even a few standardbreds.
El Kabayo Equestrian Center, SMBA, Subic, Olongapo City, Zambales
The horses are a great contrast to the native breeds normally found in the Philippines. Even if riding is not on your agenda, a visit here is well worth the trip even if it is only to admire the magnificent horses. The center offers the traditional trail rides, the most popular being a one-hour ride into the jungle to Kabayo falls and back. No experience is required for these rides, for those who do not have experience a guide will walk along side.

The Psychic Judge --- The ANGEL OF DEATH
Chosen by LUIS, Armand and Angel as their sole instrument (Propetang Mensajador, i.e. Prophet and Messenger) to cleanse the serious corruption in the Philippine Supreme Court-Judiciary by healing the wounds of judicial hypocrites, Philippine Psychic Judge Florentino Floro obeyed the spiritual mandate of the 3 angels of God.
The Psychic Judge wore all-black clothes every first Fridays [(since 1997) at different most powerful places in mystic Philippines not to re-charge psychic powers, but as gifted with the highest VIOLET and VIOLET-white lights of these 3 spirit protectors], in order to inflict dire illnesses and accidents, upon evil, via impeccable prophecies: the medical surgeries of Supreme Court Justices and most powerful corrupt judicial officers, inter alia
The immortal prophet Judge Floro writes the dire pains, illnesses, accidents and horrible deaths of Supreme Court Justices, Philippine jurists, magistrates and all his enemies, detractors and persecutors

Callao Cave is a cave with seven chambers located on the Province of Cagayan, in the Philippines. It is one of the best known tourist attractions of the province. It is located in Barangays Parabba and Quibal, Peñablanca, near Tuguegarao, the capital city of the Province of Cagayan.
It has a natural cathedral located at the first chamber, which was turned into a chapel by the local people. The conditions inside the cave cause stalactites and stalagmites, particularly in the deeper chambers. Every chamber has natural crevices, which let light get into the cave, serving as illumination for the otherwise dark areas of the place.
Callao Caves
It is made up of seven chambers and various formations: the Column, Chapel, Skeleton, Elephant’s Head, Praying Angel, Rocket, Lion’s Head and Dog’s Head Formations. The Chapel, being featured in many tourism ads and postcards, is the main attraction of the cave (and of the whole Cagayan), it is a chamber turned into a cathedral by the locals. The place draws a dramatic picture as the skylight illuminates the hall through its opening. While in the area, one must also try a wooden boat ride in Mororan (Minoran) River passing through small rain-forest, a bat cave, scenic rocky cliffs and picturesque river banks with crystal clear water ideal for swimming.
Aparri is a 1st class municipality in the province of Cagayan, Luzon, Philippines. According to the latest census, Aparri has a population of 61,024 people. Aparri was then a Japanese trading post established on 1405 because of its location at the northern tip of Luzon. But it was established as one of the major ports of the Galleon Trade on May 11, 1680 because it is located at the mouth of the mighty Cagayan River towards the flourishing city of then Nueva Segovia. The original inhabitants of this town were the Ybanags/Ibanags. Later, as the Spaniards settled and with its strategic location, Ilocanos and Chinese people settled in the area.

Tumauini is now a 1st class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the latest census, it has a population of 55,041 people in 9,239 households. This quiet town boasts of a famous historical landmark, the Tumauini Church. Built in the 1870s by the Dominicans, the church has a unique cylindrical bell tower made of bricks.
There is little commercial activity for a town of its size, however, there is a sizable market providing venues for sales of fruits, vegetables, meats, VCDs, and firecrackers. It is currently led by Mayor Arnold Syjongtian Bautista who is now on his 3rd term as mayor.

LUIS changed the course of history and the destiny of evil, by sentencing / imposing upon the wicked, the SUPREME penalties of: lingering illnesses (stroke, cancer, spinal cord and nerve disorders, heart surgeries, brain damages, etc.), most painful and HORRIBLE deaths, accidents and mystic FIRES, at the time least expected by these enemies, detractors and persecutors, who ruthlessly punished the blameless instrument of LUIS: Jobless Judge Floro in a Pretend World.
These CURSE travels did fetch the priceless diamonds along the imprecation journeys of Judge Floro from 1998-2006. LUIS is trillion times more expensive than the blue diamond for his violet light crushes the enemies of Judge Floro including the cursed Justices.
The Wittelsbach Diamond also known as Der Blaue Wittelsbacher is a 35.56 carats (7.11 g) blue diamond with VS2 clarity that has been prized by European royals for centuries. It has been part of both the Austrian and the Bavarian Crown jewels. Its color and clarity have been compared to the Hope Diamond.
The diamond measures 24.40 mm in diameter and 8.29 mm in depth. It has 82 facets arranged in an atypical pattern. The star facets on the crown are vertically split and the pavilion has sixteen needle-like facets, arranged in pairs, pointing outward from the culet facet.
While the world's most expensive jewel ever sold at auction is the "Wittelsbach" blue diamond, a 17th-century deep grayish-blue stone that fetched $24 million last year, top red and pink gemstones are also known for stratospheric valuations.

Judge Florentino Floro visited all the most powerful places in the Philippines as mandated by LUIS, the King of Kings of elementals in the universe, to IMPRECATE, curse, and lay a spell, under Psalms 109-73 the incumbent and retired Supreme Court Justices, CA Justices, Judges, corrupt Court employees, officers, the entire Judicial, Legislative and Executive Department, Ateneo Law School, Classes 82, 83 & 84, 1980-1989, inter alia (on Fridays, from Good Friday of 1998 until his last breath).
Where KARMA is a useless remedy in the ordinary course of history against evil, LUIS supplied the spiritual remedy per travels of Judge Floro to convene all the 4 elementals and spirits, specifically, their kings governed by LUIS, to strike or flash the LIGHTS at the merciless bodies of his tons of enemies and evil, thusly:
LUIS-Judge Floro patiently, IN TIME, did repeatedly strike, on Fridays, per the Violet and White Lights at the ruthless Justices and Hypocrites.
Judge Floro at Natba, Bacarra beach, Ilocos Norte, and at Santa Monica Church, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte
Bacarra is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. According to the latest census, it has a population of 31,485 people in 6,289 households. Since 1778 to the present (1988) or a span of 210 years, Bacarra has been administered by 131 town executives, who were either appointed or elected as gobernadorcillos, capitanes municipal, presidentes and mayors. Don Manuel Paras became the first town executive of Bacarra in 1778 while Don Marcelo Dacuycuy was the last town executive under the Spanish colonial rule. However, he continued as president in 1899 and was replaced by Don Andres Lazo under the American Civil Government.
Bacarra's Natba Beach has silvery sand and cool waters. It was one of the most splendid shores in the north. Natba Beach had continuously attracted both local people and foreigners with its scenic sunset and unpredictable delta and shoreline. The cleanest delta (puyupuyan) in the province accentuated by the historical Ruins of the Vijia watchtower.
The Bacarra Church and Convent is situated at the center of the town. Constructed together with the Tower and Convent by the Spanish Augustinian Friars in 1593 and inaugurated in 1782.
Destroyed by the intensity 7.8 earthquake on August 17, 1983. Reconstructed through the generous auspices of German Catholic Benefactors and the kind people of Bacarra and friends under the administration of Very Rev. Gil A. Albano Jr. Parish Priest and Episcopal Vicar of the North and Most Rev. Edmundo M. Abaya, D.D. Bishop of Laoag. The Church was inaugurated on August 17, 1984. Under Presidential Decree No. 165, the Bacarra Church was declared as a National Shrine in the Philippines.
Bell tower and Bacarra Church, Ilocos Norte
The image of the patron saint, San Andres, stands in front of his x-shaped cross in the central niche. The Bacarra Bell Tower is located at the right side of the Roman Catholic Church. It was built in 1830 s and made up of coral blocks and stocco with an original height of fifty (50) meters and a three (3) storey with a wall of five (5) meters thickness.
The earthquake wrecked it in 1931, which had caused the top most portions to tilt a little sideward on the right. The bell tower with its unusual elongated cupola, was built during the term of Fray Pedro Berger (1828-1848). It was made to stand a good distance from the church to reduce damage to the later in case the tower buckled during a tremor. Chunks of brick debris, hurtled down during earlier earthquakes practically at the foot of the church.
Santa Monica Church, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte
Sta. Monica Church
In the town of Sarrat is a beautiful red brick church of Baroque and Neo-Classical style called the Sta. Monica Church. Irene Marcos, the daughter of former Philippine President Marcos, was married to Gregorio Araneta in a fairytale-like wedding in the church complete with red carpet stretching for kilometers. In the Philippines, it was termed the "wedding of the century." However, a little more than two months later, on Aug. 17, an earthquake of Intensity 7.6 ravaged Ilocos Norte and destroyed the altar and belfry of Sta. Monica.

Judge Floro at the St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral (Vigan City) Cathedral, Ilocos Sur, Ferdinand E. Marcos Ancestral House and Museum at Batac, Ilocos Norte
Vigan Cathedral (also known as St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral) is an earthquake Baroque-styled church built in 1574 commissioned by Spaniard Juan de Salcedo located in the Ilocos region. The first Vigan Cathedral was ordered and built in 1574 by Juan de Salcedo. Another version of the church was again constructed in 1641 but was unfortunately destroyed by an earthquake. A reconstructed church was gutted with fire in 1739.
Vigan City Cathedral
The current church was constructed in 1790 and was finished in 1800. The church itself became a cathedral when the seat of the Diocese of Nueva Segovia was transferred from Cagayan to Vigan. Vigan Cathedral features Neo-Gothic and pseudo Romanesque motifs. The baroque-styled church has thick buttresses to support it through earthquakes and typhoons. On January 31, 1790, the cornerstone of the present Vigan Cathedral was placed.

The City of Vigan (Spanish: La Ciudad de Vigan / Ilocano: Siyudad ti Vigan] is a 5th class city in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. It is the capital of the Province of Ilocos Sur. The city is located on the western coast of the large island of Luzon, facing the South China Sea. It is a World Heritage Site in that it is one of numerous Hispanic towns in the Philippines, and is well-known for its cobblestone streets, and a unique architecture that fuses Philippine building design, and construction with colonial European architecture.
Judge Floro had visited President Ferdinand E. Marcos Mausoleum at Batac, Ilocos Norte, at least 5 times
According to the latest Philippines census, it has a population of 47,246 people in 9,193 households. Former Philippine president Elpidio Quirino, the 6th president of the Philippines, has a residence in Vigan, the Syquia Mansion.
Vigan is an island, which used to be detached from the mainland by three rivers - the great Abra River, the Mestizo River and the Govantes River. It is unique among the Philippine towns because it is the country’s most extensive and only surviving historic city that dates back to the 15th century Spanish colonial period.
Vigan was an important coastal trading post in pre-colonial times. Long before the Spanish galleons, Chinese junks sailing from the South China Sea came to Isla de Bigan through the Mestizo River that surrounded the island. On board were sea-faring merchants that came to barter exotic goods from Asian kingdoms in exchange for gold, beeswax and other mountain products brought down by natives from the Cordilleras. Immigrants, mostly Chinese, settled in Vigan, intermarried with the natives and started the multi-cultural bloodline of the Bigueño

President Marcos' oath-taking at Luneta, Manila,1965
The Marcos Museum and Mausoleum is in the heart of Batac City, Ilocos Norte. The mausoleum is where the glass-entombed, preserved corpse of president Ferdinand Edralin Marcos is found. He died in exile in Hawaii in 1989 and his body was brought to his hometown in Batac awaiting a state funeral at the previously-featured Libingan ng mga Bayani, which no subsequent administration has dared given (though President Estrada had come close to giving it at the start of his term). The mausoleum, visitors say, is a gloomy place only lit with candles and filled with piped Gregorian chant music. Visitors are not allowed to take any pictures of the interior and I think the only time photos were ever taken of Marcos’ corpse was when his widow Imelda visited it for some publicity (see Google Images photos).
President Ferdinand E. Marcos Ancestral House, Batac, Ilocos Norte
The museum is where memorabilia of the late president is stored, from his stint in the Armed Forces down to his presidency. Here, taking pictures are allowed. Among the things you can view here are tons of photos of him and Imelda, military awards, pieces of his writing, and his work desk. I’m not 100% sure but I think the museum houses the office of former Ilocos Norte Representative Imee Marcos, his daughter, and current Ilocos Norte Representative Bongbong Marcos, his son.
Batac is a 1st class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The town is located in the northwest corner of the island of Luzon, about 11.2 km from the eastern shores of the South China Sea. The municipalities of Banna, Currimao, Paoay, Pinili and San Nicolas form its boundaries. According to the latest census, it has a population of 50,675 in 9,882 households. Batac is one of the oldest towns in Ilocos Norte. It was founded by the conqiustador Juan de Salcedo in 1577, shortly after he had consolidated Spanish rule in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.
Batac is known as the "Home of Great Leaders", as it is the hometown of many significant figures in the history of the Philippines. Among them is the former Philippine president Ferdinand Marcos. It is also the birthplace of Gregorio Aglipay, the founder of the Philippine Independent Church, better known as the Aglipayan Church, and Gen. Artemio Ricarte, the "Father of the Philippine Army". Batac is well-known for being the home of the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), a high-degree granting university that has several branches throughout the province.

The Eighth Wonder of the World
The viewing deck at Banaue Rice Terraces. The Banaue Rice Terraces are 2000-year old terraces that were carved into the mountains of Ifugao in the Philippines by ancestors of the indigenous people. The Rice Terraces are commonly referred to by Filipinos as the "Eighth Wonder of the World". It is commonly thought that the terraces were built with minimal equipment, largely by hand. The terraces are located approximately 1500 meters (5000 ft) above sea level and cover 10,360 square kilometers (about 4000 square miles) of mountainside. They are fed by an ancient irrigation system from the rainforests above the terraces. It is said that if the steps are put end to end it would encircle half the globe.
The Banaue terraces are part of the Rice Terraces of the Philippine Cordilleras, ancient sprawling man-made structures from 2,000 to 6,000 years old. They are found in the provinces of Kalinga, Apayao, Benguet, Mountain Province and Ifugao, and are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Hundred Islands National Park (Pangasinan: Kapulo-puloan or Taytay-Bakes) is in the province of Pangasinan in northern Philippines. It is located in Alaminos City, Pangasinan. The islands (124 at low tide and 123 at high tide) are scattered along Lingayen Gulf and cover an area of 18.44 square kilometres (4,557 acres). They are believed to be about two million years old.
Only three of them have been developed for tourists: Governor Island, Quezon Island, and Children's Island. The islands are actually ancient corals that extend well inland, in an area previously comprising the seabed of an ancient sea. Lowering sea levels have exposed them to the surface and the peculiar "umbrella"-like shapes of some of the islands have been caused by the eroding action of the ocean waves.

The pink gem's per-carat price of $2.2 million was also the highest ever paid for any diamond at auction, Christie's said.

St. William Cathedral (San Fernando City, La Union)
San Fernando was established as a pueblo probably in 1587 and as the mission of San Guillermo de Duladulang in 1590. It used to be the sitio of Pindangan and later as the barrio of San Vicente where Fr. Francisco Romero (OSA) and Fr. Santiago Olarte (OSA) had a chapel built in 1764. This was later moved to Tanque then Kabaroan as a precaution against the raids of Mindanao’s moros and the Visayan pintados. After being relocated to its present site, a church was built until 1768 under the supervision of Fr. Juan Sorolla (OSA), Fr. Simon Guillermo (OSA), and Fr. Pedro Fernando (OSA).

Luis Perez (OSA) who had the walls demolished. This is the present church. Fr. Jose Rodriguez Cabezas (OSA) had the convent and the church renovated after being damaged in an 1892 earthquake, and also added the bell tower. Katipuneros under Col. Blas Villamor occupied the church in 1898. It was again damaged in 1945 during World War II and rebuilt from 1947 to 1949.

The Kohinoor originated at Warangal in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. It has belonged to various Hindu, Mughal, Persian, Afghan, Sikh and British rulers who fought bitterly over it at various points in history and seized it as a spoil of war time and again. Pyramid of Asia, Healing Center (Philippines)
The year 1999 was of special importance to Alex L. Orbito as it marked the final realization of the Pyramid of Asia, a lifetime dream, which began taking shape more than 40 years ago. The Pyramid of Asia now rises from a farmland in the pilgrimage town of Manaoag in Pangasinan, the land of healers. The Pyramid was officially inaugurated on November 25, 1999 by Fidel V. Ramos, former President of the Philippines and in the presence of international participants from 21 countries around the world.
Rev. Alex Orbito and his team at the Pyramid of Asia Healing Center, Manaoag, Pangasinan.
The German architect Dieter Loewer conceived the original design to accommodate Philippine cultural and spiritual patterns while capturing the cosmic energy flow. This results in a perfect collision of magnetic and electric waves inside the Pyramid.
As of today, the Pyramid of Asia Resort furthermore consists of a chapel for gatherings and seminars, a restaurant with outdoor bar and terrace, large (adult and children) swimming pools surrounded by greens, massage cottages and a herbal and meditation garden. The resort also accommodates 20 bungalows (2 star comfort) offering single, twin or family bedrooms with a separate bathroom.
The nearby town Manaoag is considered a pilgrimage place and is known for its historical image of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, which is venerated in the Manaoag shrine.
Manaoag forms part of the Province of Pangasinan, which name means "land of salt"; it is derived from asin, the word for "salt" in the local language language. Most of the spiritual healers and/or their ancestors were born or orginated from this particular province.

Judge Floro at Pagudpud Beach, Our Lady of Manaoag, Pangasinan, Dagupena Restaurant at San Miguel Highway, Dagupan City and Baguio City Cathedral
Pagudpud White Sand Beach, Ilocos Norte is reputed to have the longest contiguous white sand with mighty waves and strong winds. Pagudpud is a wide and beautiful town on the northwest tip of Ilocos Norte, Luzon, bounded to the south by the town of Bangui and to the east by the Cordillera Mountain Range, the town of Adams and the province of Cagayan. The South China Sea lies to the west and north.
It is considered the largest island in the Philippines. The hills and mountains are luxuriant, the valleys productive. It lies 45 miles north of Laoag City, the provincial capital, and about 350 miles north of Manila — about the equal distance between Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Creeks, streams and waterfalls splash the landscape and spill into the South China Sea. All around, the ocean and sky are awash in varying shades of blue. Pagudpud Beach, 2 hours north of Laoag City, has powder-white sand, but it’s hard to tell which is bluer: the sky or the sea.
Along the road to the left are the rolling hills of Pagudpud and to the right is the rocky seaside. At about 3/4 of the road, one can see to the right a sea arch, a large chunk of rock outcrop with a hole in the middle. Then the road goes up slightly and winds to the left and goes down again, the Blue Lagoon with its white sand can now be seen.
The town's main attractions are Saud Beach, known for its fine white sand stretching for hundreds of meters and Maira-Ira Point, which hides a secluded beach called Blue Lagoon. Other breathtaking landscapes in Pagudpud include Bantay Abot-abot, a natural sculpture carved by the wind and sea, the Mabogabog Falls and the Patapat viaduct that treats motorists to a scenic view of green lushes and blue waters of South China Sea.

Dagupan City (Pangasinan: Lunsod na Dagupan, Ilocano: Ciudad ti Dagupan) is a 1st class city in the Philippines. It is an independent component city of the province of Pangasinan. According to the latest census, Dagupan City has a population of 149,554 people in 25,921 households.
Tame as a tiger, Prophet Judge Floro on First Friday Imprecation Travels, religiously watched over his enemies, detractors and persecutors
Located on Lingayen Gulf on the island of Luzon, Dagupan is the chief port and commercial and financial center of Northern Luzon; an active trade is conducted in sugarcane, corn, rice, copra, salt, and an alcoholic liquor produced from the nipa palm.
The city is known as the bangus (milkfish) capital of the Philippines because of its abundance of fresh bangus. The city's name is derived from pandaragupan in the local Pangasinan language meaning 'gathering place' as the city has been a regional market center for centuries.
The longest barbecue measured 1,007.56 m (3,305.64 ft) —it was created by the people of Dagupan City on May 3, 2003 as part of the city’s Bangus Festival. Dagupan City broke Canchia, Peru's 613 meters long record set in November 1999. Dagupeños grilled Bonuan bangus at the "Kalutan ed Dagupan" street party.
The image of the weather-beaten, muscle-bound man of the sea, bronzed and almost nondescript in an old hat called tacoco, steering a sleek boat they called baloto in those days, had been classic Dagupenos bread winner when the Pangasinan waters were fish-laden and pristine. Dagupan’s fame as trading post even before the coming of the Spaniards was inexorably tied with the sea, the marine resources that were lifeblood to the flourishing barter trade that drew intrepid seafarers who brought their valuable goods from across the seas.
Through the 300-years Spanish regime Dagupan’s commercial activities thrived, mainly pursued though the wide, swift moving communal waters that crisscrossed the early settlement. Of the four major rivers of Dagupan, it was Pantal that carried the biggest commercial traffic and the lucrative culture of oysters, shrimps, Malaga and mollusks. Pantal was staging point and means of navigation for the early fish-traders who heavily traded with the Kapampangans and Tagalogs of Nueva Ecija.
The early recorded effort to officially place Dagupan on the map showed Dagupan as a sitio of the Lingayen encomienda and later as a settlement town, Augustinian friars named Bacnotan. The name changed prompted a revolt led by Andres Malong, after which the term “Nandaragupan” became popular appellation, for it was in the old entreport (marketplace) “where the people met.”
Lapu-Lapu - "Coral Trout," leopard coral grouper, or leopard coral trout (Plectropomus leopardus) is a species of fish in the Serranidae family. Its natural habitats are open seas and coral reefs. Judge Floro had eaten this fish at Dagupan City, Alaminos, Pangasinan and Lucena City

Our Lady of Manaoag (formally: Nuestra Señora del Santissimo Rosario de Manaoag, literal translation: Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary of Manaoag) is a title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary, associated with a statue in Manaoag, Pangasinan said to be from the 16th century. She is the patroness of the sick, the helpless and the needy.
Our Lady of Manaoag, Pangasinan
The church is one of the Philippines' most widely visited Roman Catholic Pilgrimage sites. Many people from across the Philippine archipelago come and visit the town of Manaoag, where the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary is enshrined in a church dedicated to this name. The church is administered by the Dominican Order in the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan, located in Manaoag, Pangasinan, about 200 kilometers north of Manila.

The Miraculous Our Lady of Manaoag Church
One of the religious churches in the province of Pangasinan, the Church of Our Lady of Manaoag, located in Manaoag, Pangasinan, purportedly has a long history of miraculous and pious events that are duplicated in the murals all over the church. This is done so that the events will never be forgotten. Devotees, coming from all over the globe, have various reasons for visiting the place among of which are pleads for health restoration, good voyage, or better fate.
The Spanish Dominicans worked for the catholic Church in Manaoag from 1610 to 1971 less 10 years ( out-break of the Revolution against Spain to 1908 when the American soldiers left Manaoag) or a total of 351 years. Most famous of the Spanish Missionaries of Manaoag are Fathers: Tomas Gutierrez, Juan De San Jacinto, Jose Solis, Fernando Sta. Maria, Hilario del Campo, Andres Duque, Domingo Andres, Mariano Rodriguez, Basilio Martin, Teodulo Cajigal, Evaristo Rojo, Gerardo Manzanedo, and Patricio Rodgrigo.
Fr. Juan De San Jacinto was the one who transfered the Church and town to its present site, and placed it under the patronage of Our Lady of the Rosary. The first churches were of modest size and materials. It was only in 1701 when the first church of bricks was put up by Don Gaspar Gamboa and his wife Dona Agata Yangta, Spaniards and members of the Dominican Third Order.
In these mystic travels, canonized Saint Judge Floro used his healing hands to annihilate all his enemies, detractors and persecutors on First Fridays
They eventually donated the church to the Dominican Fathers. various improvements were made on this church until it was destroyed by the earthquake of 1832. efforts were made to build new churches but they were destroyed by the earthquakes of 1880, and 1893. Fr. Hilario Del Campo made plans for a new, big church, but was not finished because of the Revolution of 1898 which occasioned by departure of the Spanish Dominicans from Pangasinan.
From 1898 to 1908 the spiritual care of Manaoag was under a Filipino secular priest named Fr. Mariano Pacis. When peace returned to the Philippines under the American occupation, the Spanish Dominicans returned. They were offered San Carlos or Manaoag to keep as souvenir of their apostolic work in this Region. They chose Manaoag because of the donation made by Don Gaspar Gamboa and because it has the Shrine of the Blessed Virgin.

3 For I was envious at the foolish,

but their strength is firm.

neither are they plagued like other men.

6 Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain;
violence covereth them as a garment.
7 Their eyes stand out with fatness:
they have more than heart could wish.
8 They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression:
they speak loftily.
9 They set their mouth against the heavens,
and their tongue walketh through the earth.
10 Therefore his people return hither:
and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them.
11 And they say, How doth God know?
And is there knowledge in the Most High?

12 Behold, these are the ungodly,
who prosper in the world; they increase in riches.
13 Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain,
and washed my hands in innocency.
14 For all the day long have I been plagued,
and chastened every morning.
15 If I say, I will speak thus;
behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children.
16 When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me;
17 until I went into the sanctuary of God;
then understood I their end.
18 Surely thou didst set them in slippery places:
thou castedst them down into destruction.
Mystic Dwarf Armand shines trillion times more than The Star of South Africa, also known as the Dudley Diamond, is a 47.69 carats (9.54 g; 147.2 gr) white diamond found by a Griqua shepherd boy in 1869. The original stone, before cutting, weighed 83.5 carats (16.7 g; 258 gr).
The diamond stayed in the Wards' possession until 2 May 1974 when it was sold on auction in Geneva for 1.6 million Swiss Francs, equivalent to around £225,300 at the time. Star Africa diamond is the largest cut diamond in the world. The diamond was cut by a Company of Amsterdam who examined the diamond for six month before deciding how to cut it.

19 How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment!
They are utterly consumed with terrors.
20 As a dream when one awaketh so, O Lord, when thou awakest,
thou shalt despise their image.
21 Thus my heart was grieved,
and I was pricked in my reins.
22 So foolish was I, and ignorant:
I was as a beast before thee.
23 Nevertheless I am continually with thee:
thou hast holden me by my right hand.
24 Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel,
and afterward receive me to glory.
25 Whom have I in heaven but thee?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides thee.
26 My flesh and my heart faileth:
but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
27 For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish:
thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.
28 But it is good for me to draw near to God:
I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.

Paoay is a 4th class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. According to the latest census, it has a population of 23,117 people in 4,567 households. Perhaps the most prominent feature of the municipality is Paoay Lake. Legend has it that it was the site of a barangay filled with wicked people buried under feet of water after ignoring the warning of a mysterious old woman who came to the place. On the shores of the lake lies a mansion that belongs to the Marcoses.

Ilocos Norte is located on the northernmost edge of western Luzon. Its boundaries are formed by the Babuyan Channel on the north and its sister province, Ilocos Norte, on the south. To the west are the tribulent waters of the South China Sea, while the eastern borders are formed by part of the Cagayan Valley, Abra and the Mountain Province. A well-paved coastal highway connects the province with the rest of the country.
Ilocos Norte has a total land area of 3,400 square kilometers. It is composed of 22 municipalities with 477 barangays. The province's population was 514,000 by the census of 2000, and since 1999 its governor is Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. It was made a separate province in 1818. The province is noted for being the birthplace of former Philippine President Ferdinand E. Marcos, who led an authoritarian rule over the country during the later half of his incumbency. Ilocos Norte has always been Marcos territory and the family enjoy a moderate amount of popularity in the province. Even before one reaches the capital, traces of the "great Ilocano" are unmistakable.
Fort Ilocandia Resort
The resort is located in Barangay 37, Calayab, and about 9 kilometers from Laoag City. It is the only first class property of its kind in the province of Ilocos Norte. The hotel is sprawled over 77 hectares of land at the middle of sand dunes, prime forests, and two kilometers of fine sandy beach facing the South China Sea. It is situated on the northwestern tip of the island of Luzon. Laoag City and Laoag International Airport are accessible by a 10-minute ride from the hotel.

The Fort Ilocandia Resort complex is composed of 5 buildings all inspired by Spanish colonial architecture and finished in coal red bricks. It has guest rooms with private balconies offering a panoramic view of the sea. These rooms have features and qualities of Ilocano century-old living quarters and constructed to accentuate the antiquity of a colonial house.
The Paoay Church
The Paoay Church was built of coral blocks and stucco-plastered bricks. Its architecture is a unique combination of Baroque and Oriental. The materials used for the walls were a mixture of coral stone and bricks. Large coral stones were used at the lower level of the walls, while bricks, smaller and more manageable to transport, were used at the upper levels.
The mortar used for the coral stones and bricks points out the desire of the builders to make sure that the church stood against natural calamities. The stucco was said to have been made by mixing sand and lime with sugarcane juice, which were boiled with mango leaves, leather, and rice straw. The church is considered as one of the most striking edifices in the country with its huge buttresses flanking the sides and rear facade.
Viewed from the side, the giant buttresses look like huge volutes making the facade appear as a massive pediment rising from the ground. The facade is divided vertically by square pilasters that extend from the ground and all the way to the top of the pediment. The facade is also divided horizontally by cornices that extend all the way to the edges. The cornices extend to the sides of the church and wrap each buttresses around, adding attention and articulation to the massive side supports.
The facade is complemented with a bell tower located at its right hand side. Bell towers are a very important element in the overall composition of colonial churches, both for its function and aesthetics. For practical purposes, belltowers were used as a communication device to the townspeople.
In the case of the Paoay bell tower, it also played, ironically, an explicit role in the lives of the Filipinos during the war. It has been said that the bell tower was used as an observation post by Katipuneros during the Philippine Revolution and by guerilleros during the Japanese occupation.

they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
Unlike the more polished and crowded beach strip of Boracay, Ilocos Norte’s Pagudpud offers the more tranquil traveler a more rustic taste of Philippine waters. The northern-most stretch of Saud beach has sand as fine and white as those found in the beaches of Boracay.
3 They compassed me about also with words of hatred;
and fought against me without a cause.
4 For my love they are my adversaries:
but I give myself unto prayer.
5 And they have rewarded me evil for good,
and hatred for my love.
6 Set thou a wicked man over him:
and let Satan stand at his right hand.
Here is a page from the Utrecht Psalter, Psalm 109 (110) which begins with “The LORD said unto my Lord, sit Thou at my right hand until I make Thine enemies Thy footstool…” (This is the verse in which you asserted the Son speaks to Himself, and then sits at His own right hand).
7 When he shall be judged, let him be condemned:
and let his prayer become sin.
8 Let his days be few;
and let another take his office. Acts 1.20
9 Let his children be fatherless,
and his wife a widow.
10 Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg:
let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places.
11 Let the extortioner catch all that he hath;
and let the strangers spoil his labor.
12 Let there be none to extend mercy unto him:
neither let there be any to favor his fatherless children.
13 Let his posterity be cut off;
and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the LORD.
“If revenge is a dish best savored cold, then Don Regan, 14 months after "the bitterest event of my life," should be in for quite a feast.” - Don Regan
The psalm was used by Thomas Hardy in his novel The Mayor of Casterbridge. The protagonist and hero of the story, Michael Henchard, is drinking with the choir after practice when he sees his rival, Donald Farfrae, whom he hates.
The magic of Pagudpud white sands
He subsequently persuades the choir to sing Psalm 109. The choir master remarks of this psalm that, "Twasn’t made for singing. We chose it once when the gypsy stole the parson’s mare, thinking to please him, but parson were quite upset. Whatever Servant David were thinking about when he made a Psalm that nobody can sing without disgracing himself, I can’t fathom."
Psalm 109 reflects a common problem which we have all experienced. The psalm describes the reactions of a man who has been unjustly accused, wrongly treated. He has been set upon by those who are attempting to destroy him, yet without a cause. The psalm also is a problem psalm. One need only read it to be troubled about this psalm.
Why should this strange, extravagant language of hostility against another human being be included in the Book of Psalms.

The San Juanico Bridge, formerly the Marcos Bridge, is a Compression arch bridge in the Philippines stretching from Samar to Leyte crossing the San Juanico Strait. It is part of the Pan-Philippine Highway. It is the longest bridge in the Philippines spanning a body of water with a length of 2.16 kilometers (1.34 mi) . It is considered one of the most beautifully-designed bridges in Philippines. The bridge is supported by 43 spans rising 41 meters above the sea. It has a large arch beneath which allows boats to pass.
The mystic San Juanico Bridge
It was designed by engineer Arvin Valderama and Christian Meynard Barnal and constructed over San Juanico Strait from Cabalawan, Tacloban City to the municipality of Santa Rita, Samar in 1969. It was completed in 1973. The Candaba Viaduct of Pampanga Province which forms part of the North Luzon Expressway is longer, but being a land bridge crossing a few streams and ponds, is not generally considered.
Connecting Tacloban City on the Leyte side and Santa Rita town on the Samar side, it offers many picturesque views, especially of the San Juanico Strait with its thousand whirlpools as well as the islets of the province. It is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Tacloban City and is accessible by passenger jeepney, bus, motorcab or private vehicle.
Construction on the 21.9 million-dollar bridge began in 1969 and was completed in 1973, during the presidency of Ferdinand Marcos. The Construction and Development Corporation of the Philippines (now the Philippine National Construction Corporation) was contracted to construct the actual bridge, and together with Japanese engineers, conducted studies and designed the actual project.

Psychic Judge Floro's Prophecy of the Downfall of the 13th Philippine President at San Juanico Bridge, Phlippines: April, 1998 - 12 Noon Good Friday
On Holy Wednesday, April, 1998 (at Calbayog City, Samar) Psychic Judge Floro wrote the destiny of Philippine Vice President:
"Jose De Venecia will never be published ... Erap will be the 13th unlucky president who will not finish his term".
At exactly 12:00 noon of Good Friday, April, 1998, at the 2nd longest bridge in Asia, (the historical San Juanico Bridge that connects Samar and Leyte) Judge Floro prophesied in writing the Downfall of the 13th unlucky President Joseph Ejercito Estrada (who would emerge winner by landslide votes - on the May, 1998 Elections).
On June 30, 1998, Erap took his Oath as the 13th President of the Philippines at the landmark site - Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines at 12 noon. Judge Floro reitereated the dire prophesy and ...
The OMEN:
Shortly thereafter, the biggest chandelier of the Palace fell about 1:40 p.m.
On December 9, 1998, Judge Floro took his ceremonial oath before the 13th unlucky President. The psychic Judge published the written prophecy at the lower portion of the framed picture of the oath taking, at the center of his court room sala, Br. 73, Regional Trial Court, Malabon/Navotas, Metro Manila, Philippines, on December 20, 1998. The purpose: as offensive prediction versus the Malabon and National Politicians' desperate attempt to replace the Psychic Judge with their candidate, Fiscal Rosa Reyes.
On December 2, 1999, the Manila Bulletin (front page and page 8) belatedly predicted also the downfall of Erap: The highly funded US Firm Strategic Forecasting, Inc. based in Austin Texas predicted in its report (dated November 22) that "Philippine President's days are numbered".
On January, 2000, the Nostradamus of Asia, Philippine renowned Psychic Jojo Acuin appeared on T.V. and wrote in his 2001 Predictions Magazine, that President Estrada would finish his term.
On January 20, 2001 at 12:25 noon, Vice President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo was sworn as the Acting President as Erap left the Palace. She was catapulted to power by a 3 day people power revolution at EDSA.
At noon, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo takes her oath of office in the presence of the crowd at EDSA, becoming the 14th president of the Philippines. At 2:00 pm, Estrada releases a letter saying he had "strong and serious doubts about the legality and constitutionality of her proclamation as president", but saying he would give up his office to avoid being an obstacle to healing the nation.
The EDSA Revolution of 2001
The EDSA Revolution of 2001, also called by the local media as EDSA II (pronounced as EDSA Dos or EDSA 2) or the Second People Power Revolution, is the common name of the four-day popular revolution that peacefully overthrew Philippine President Joseph Estrada from January 17 - January 20, 2001.
He was succeeded by his then vice president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. EDSA is an acronym derived from Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, the major thoroughfare connecting the five cities in Metro Manila, namely Pasay, Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, and Caloocan. The revolt took place in the business district of Ortigas Center.
Day 4: January 20, 2001
Later, Estrada and his family leave Malacañang Palace, smiling and waving to reporters and shaking hands with the remaining members of his Cabinet and other palace employees. He was placed under house arrest and eventually confined to his rest home in Sampaloc, a small village in Tanay, Rizal.
